EMMETT technique

EMMETT Technique

The EMMETT technique was developed by Ross Emmett (Australia). It is a very fast method: activating the right muscle gives effective results as soon as the correction is made, and the effect can be tested immediately by measuring strength, mobility or balance. Pressure is applied to so-called EMMETT points, where sensory, receptor and muscle points overlap. The technique activates stored faulty patterns of movement and balance and, by releasing them through the work of different structures of the central nervous system, creates new movement patterns on the spot, without pain and with better balance, depending on the difficulties the client brings.
